Adelaide Chef Luis Cavuoto has spent eight years refining his panettone craft. Each panettone takes three full days to create, beginning with his carefully nurtured mother yeast.
Luis harvests citrus from his Nonna’s trees and hand-candies it over 12 days, combining it with fresh vanilla beans, Belgian butter, free-range eggs and naturally fermented sourdough. The result is a preservative-free panettone of exceptional quality, with a beautifully distinctive flavour.
